The Academy is a collaboration of health and care organisations across Hertfordshire and West Essex. It has a dedicated schools and college engagement programme to improve understanding and awareness of careers within health and care, supported by a coordinated and consistent work experience offer available across the area.

It provides a portal for applying for work experience placements in the Health and Care sector as well as information on volunteering and careers.
