DNA-V is a holistic way to help children learn how to mindfully discover their talents, connect with their feelings, use their minds, learn how to be with themselves, and make friends and social connections. The model is designed to work developmentally with children aged between 5 – 6 years and older.
It is well known what we struggle to approach child Mindfulness and Acceptance in the same way that we do with adults. There are a lot of essential factors to a child’s development that we need to take into consideration, such as attachment, play, safety, and many more. This fresh new model is called DNA-v, and it is a wholly developmental model designed to help understand the mindful acceptance of children.
Once you start using DNA-v, you’ll wonder how you ever did mindfulness for kids without it!
